Everything you need to know about shipping, costs, timelines, and our guarantee for fundraising orders.


Shipping Costs

East of the Rocky Mountains

  • Free shipping on all orders of $5,000 or more.
  • Orders under $5,000 ship “best way”; add $12.00 per case.

West of the Rocky Mountains (CA, OR, WA, MT, NV, AZ, ID, WY)

  • Orders of $5,000 or more: add 10% to cost.
  • Orders under $5,000: add 5% to cost + $12.00 per case.

Delivery Information

We will do our best to accommodate your requested arrival date. If no date is specified, your order will ship when available.

  1. Inside Delivery: If shipped via common carrier, your group is responsible for bringing product inside. “Inside delivery” may incur an additional fee passed on to you. UPS does not bring product inside.
  2. Residential Delivery: UPS can leave packages without signature; no advance call. Truck lines often charge an extra $40+ for residential delivery; these fees will be passed along if assessed.
  3. Home-Address Deliveries: UPS no signature required. Truck deliveries require handling charge and signature for inside deliveries.
  4. Truck Lines: Often charge an additional $40 (and up) fee for delivery to a residential address. These fees, if assessed by the carrier, will be passed along to you by Priester's.

Notice: Check all cases upon delivery for damages or shortages. Any loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill by the driver.

Please do not accept damaged product unless you intend to pay for it in full. If refusing all or part of a shipment, notify us immediately at 1-800-523-3505. Send a signed copy of the freight bill; we will replace or refund once received.

Standard Shipping: Street addresses in the 48 contiguous states: up to 5 lbs ship UPS 3-Day; over 5 lbs UPS Ground.

Incorrect addresses: We must have complete, correct addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Puerto Rico ship USPS Priority Air at standard rates.

Credit Card Orders: Cards are processed when the item ships.

Changing Your Order: Please avoid changes unless absolutely necessary; they may delay shipping.

Do you ship chocolates year-round?
Yes. Chocolate shipments are scheduled according to ambient temperatures.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, we no longer ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Minimum order quantity?
Yes, minimum is 4 cases.

How do I change my catalog address?
Email customerservice@priester.com or call 1-800-277-3226 with both old and new addresses.

Do you ship year-round?
Yes—except chocolate.
